What comes out of all such books is the way the company evolved to its current state. Overall a decent read, but was expecting more. It talks about not changing consumer behaviour but adapting your business model physical stores to it. Author recounts on how KB started as an ordinary cloth seller in Mumbai and eventually how he established the giant retail business It’s a well written, simple and interesting book.
